I am an independent PhD scientist and MDPhD, working for a research foundation. One of my topics is Yoga and Medicine, and others, such as the history of Vaishnavism, Cosmology, and Jyotish (ever learning student). My strongest lasting impression was from Srila Bhakti Rakshaka Gosvami Maharaj, until his passing. After this, I was blessed with the mercy of Srila Bhakti Vaibhava Puri, and many others. As a scientist I have learned, that the longterm success in life is composed by honesty, strictness to your own values, and not going for shorttime promotions, and standing up towards much of the falseness in big organisations whatsoever, surrounded all Yesmen/women. Life is and never has been a wellness zone. I would be interested in meeting an intelligent woman, who is able and willing to think for herself, who is decent, honest, and truthfull, and can also bear justified criticism. I would like her to also be sportive, liking to be outdoors, and interested in culture. Of course I am not looking here for a PhD/MD, that is clear. Willingness to learn, spiritual maturity, which does not depend upon the bodys age, and respect for others, who might have diferent live experiences. And, I must say, I would want a healthy person, who is also mentally stable, and has a positive outlook in life (Not the sort of: "Oh, prabhu, we need to suffer, life after life, birth after birth" I have read that for over 500 years.) Seeing this lifes situation as Sanchita Karma, and that we came here, because the soul (and hopefully the bearer of that soul body and psyche) wanted and needed to learn and grow. Struggling is part of life, but it matters how we see it. I am a very traditional person, not hip and trendy, multicultieverythinggoesurban whatsover, I keep traditional values in a socalled modern, equal, society etc. May be my respect for values comes from my familys tradition, which goes many centuries back in Europe. Do not get me wrong, I am not living in the world of the lovely British series"Downton Abbey" before World War I. I have worked in teams at the cuttingedge of biomedical engineering and physcis, but I think as even Neurosciences find out, we are far more capable of doing things than technology. If you do not speak English, you should be willing to learn this quickly, as for visits to India few people there over speak Russian nor in Switzerland.
P.S.I do not look here for a seniour Vice-president or managing director, so I do not give a damn whether you have a car, gold, elephants, tigers or a Rolls-Royce. (you may own some cows.) Whether you have property or not, it is not relevant, and your income, given that this is an Gaudiya related site, it is clear, that Didis or Men have no money or inheritance....I appreciate a good looking, intelligent woman, who is curious at life and the universe, reliable, and smart. No Barbie-doll, fashion Girlie or party goer.
