Как и многие после 40, слегка разочаровался в этой материальной действительности). После прочтения Бхагавад-Гиты и других Ведических трудов был слегка потрясен. Было это лет 10 назад. Бросил курить и выпивать, есть мясо. Иногда употребляю рыбу. Реализация ведических принципов питания в жизнь оказалась не такой простой). Пытаюсь практиковать мантра-медитацию. Разведен.
